Established in 2011, Aspect Chamber Music Series was created with the goal of introducing and promoting a novel concert format - Music in Context. After a successful tenure in London, the program relocated in 2016 to NYC where the series continues to introduce audiences to new and intriguing aspects of music. All of our events combine refined programming and inspiring talks by world-renowned speakers and musicians, transforming the traditional recital experience into an intimate and thought-provoking blend of performance, speech, and image. Our concerts start at 7.30pm, but we warmly invite you to join us at 7.00pm to enjoy a complimentary glass of wine and socialize with fellow music lovers before the concert. You can also purchase tickets to the post concert reception and artist encounter.

BOHEMIAN NATIONAL HALL

The Bohemian National Hall has been an important center for Czech and Slovak culture in New York City for more than one hundred years. Since its beginnings, it has served as a focal point for its community, offering ethnic food, and Czech language and history classes as well as space for its large community to meet and hold various events. Today, the Bohemian National Hall represents a significant reminder of the major working-class ethnic enclave that once flourished in Yorkville and stands as a monument to an important aspect of the history of immigrants in New York City and the United States.

One of Manhattan’s most enchanting locales. With up to 6,800 square feet of Agrarian Age New York City ground floor space featuring ceilings from 12 to 22 feet high, Italian terrazzo tile floors, exposed 159-year-old brickwork, oak beams, and cast iron fixtures, Blue Gallery is a peaceful, history-soaked space in the midst of bustling Midtown, that evokes New York City at the end of the Civil War and the beginning of the Industrial Age.
